DENVER ENERGY CENTER

Denver, Colorado. 2024 - Present

The Denver Energy Center is a landmark adaptive reuse project in downtown Denver that redefines a historic commercial icon as a dynamic mixed-use environment rooted in energy, identity, and renewal. Anchored by two distinctive eight-sided towers, the project transforms one tower into multipurpose residential living while reactivating the other through flexible commercial and experiential programming. Designed through a site-specific and concept-driven approach, the redevelopment integrates environmental branding, architectural interventions, custom installations, and curated amenity spaces—including coworking lounges, wellness facilities, gallery environments, and rooftop destinations—into a cohesive spatial narrative. Light, materiality, and form operate as unified elements, embedding identity directly into the architecture rather than applying it superficially. The result is a vertically integrated urban ecosystem where residential, cultural, and professional life intersect—positioning the Denver Energy Center as a renewed anchor within the city and a forward-looking model for adaptive reuse, mixed-use development, and experiential design.
